Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with assigned business leaders/stakeholders
- Conduct regular business review meetings with stakeholders to understand their priorities and challenges
- Participate in business planning sessions to ensure HR strategies are embedded in business plans
- Ensure smooth implementation of new HR policies and processes in the business
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring for open positions.
- Develop workforce plans to address current and future staffing needs.
- Lead onboarding programs tailored to the retail environment to enhance employee readiness and retention.
- Foster a culture of engagement by designing and implementing programs to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop the plan after Regular Engagement Survey.
- Collaborate with the Talent Development team to deliver training programs that enhance skills, knowledge, and leadership within the retail workforce.
- Drive performance review processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee career development.
- Coach managers on performance feedback and goal-setting best practices.
