Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing Casino Loyalty operations.
The position will framework, overall implementation, execution, and post-review of publicly attended loyalty program and promotions conducted by the marketing department, as well as procurement of vendor tied to this promotion/redemption. In addition, the overall day to day operations of casino Loyalty counters.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees the Casino Loyalty Program and its execution as assigned by the INSPIRE Integrated Resort¡¯s marketing department.
Responsible for the overall design and promotion of the Loyalty Program, working directly with vendors and operational departments to ensure smooth implementation.
Develops and manages advertising timelines, artwork, and publication schedules across social media, print, radio, and television.
Creates and manages the Loyalty Program budget, leading the team to adhere to financial plans while minimizing costs and optimizing targeted marketing efforts.
Works closely with the Box Office to establish ticketing blocks, reserved tickets, and complimentary tickets for sponsors and partners.
Negotiates marketing-related contracts (including seasonal and long-term agreements) and coordinates with the Legal Department to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
Procures partnerships and sponsorships to reduce operational costs, managing partner acquisition, contract execution, invoicing, fulfillment, and performance reviews.
Ensures effective communication with all relevant departments to facilitate the successful execution of the Loyalty Program.
Works closely with operational teams to ensure they are aware of upcoming Loyalty promotions and their respective responsibilities.
Adheres to all rules and regulations established by the INSPIRE Integrated Resort¡¯s Fire Department and Public Safety Department.
Ensures that sponsor agreements are executed correctly within the Loyalty Program and promotional activities.
Handles media and promotional interviews as required.
Loyalty Program & Membership Operations:
Manages the day-to-day operations of the Casino Loyalty counters, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Ensures compliance with the Loyalty Program SOPs and customer service standards.
Develops and implements casino promotions and loyalty events to enhance member engagement and retention.
Creates and maintains a redemption product catalog, collaborating with the Procurement Department to ensure products align with casino member preferences and market trends.
Minimum Education and Qualifications
Bachelor¡¯s Degree in marketing, communications or a related field
Three years of supervisory experience in the day-to-day operations of a multi-faceted events management firm or in the gaming/hospitality industry
Exceptional computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Advanced researching and networking skills
Ability to interact with the public in a highly professional manner, including public speaking.
In lieu of the above mentioned degree and experience, five (5) years of supervisory experience in the day-to-day operations of a multi-faceted event management firm or in the gaming/hospitality industry may be considered
Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
Knowledge of planning and executing events
Excellent understanding of the INSPRE Integrated Resort¡¯s budget process
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
