Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or technical project management.
Experience in compliance or audit services.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in interacting with various government and regulatory bodies (e.g.K-FSI concerning relevant local regulations and ISO certifications (e.g., 27001, 22301) related to data center operations and cybersecurity).
Experience in program management, change management and communication strategy.
Demonstrated ability to work separately with minimal supervision and determination.
Attention to detail, time management, and ability to grow in an ambiguous environment.
Excellent investigative and communication skills, ability to construct, articulate and defend simple and impactful messages/insights from complex analysis.
Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently in order to interact with the local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Data Center teams to ensure that their programs align to audit/compliance expectations and help prepare them for future audits.
Coordinate, manage, and execute on site audits from various sources (customer, insurance, etc,) with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead and collaborate with the team and partners to help shape and drive the tactical development of the Data Center compliance program.
Help enhance, transform, create or deprecate practices and processes, with the key objective of supporting the compliance and audit requirements across the organization.
Create and maintain program documentation and training.
