´ã´ç¾÷¹« - - Execute on country sales strategy and marketing plans to achieve division¡¯s goals
- - Analyze sales reports and provide feedback to channel partners and distributor/s to achieve sales & marketing objectives
- - Build rapport & work closely with KOLs to drive brand awareness, preference, and advocacy
- - Ensure all Key Accounts are well covered by field sales team and distributors to achieve sales marketing objectives
- - Demonstrate sales leadership qualities in contributing towards launch strategy and execute tactical plans for new product launches
ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç - - Bachelor¡¯s Degree
- - +10 years of proven sales experience in Medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
- - +2 year of experience in people management as a sales manager
- - 2 year of experience in strategic alliance management
- - Strong ability to develop KOL network as well as manage Key Account in retail & hospital environments
- - Knowledge & experience in diabetes category will be advantageous
- - Speak and write basic English for business conversation will be an added advantage
