´ã´ç¾÷¹«

  • - Execute on country sales strategy and marketing plans to achieve division¡¯s goals
  • - Analyze sales reports and provide feedback to channel partners and distributor/s to achieve sales & marketing objectives
  • - Build rapport & work closely with KOLs to drive brand awareness, preference, and advocacy
  • - Ensure all Key Accounts are well covered by field sales team and distributors to achieve sales marketing objectives
  • - Demonstrate sales leadership qualities in contributing towards launch strategy and execute tactical plans for new product launches

ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç

  • - Bachelor¡¯s Degree
  • - +10 years of proven sales experience in Medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
  • - +2 year of experience in people management as a sales manager
  • - 2 year of experience in strategic alliance management
  • - Strong ability to develop KOL network as well as manage Key Account in retail & hospital environments
  • - Knowledge & experience in diabetes category will be advantageous
  • - Speak and write basic English for business conversation will be an added advantage
