Position : Central Scheduler(Fixed-Term, 20 months)

Position Summary

This position is responsible for handling scheduling for INSPIRE Entertainment Resort.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

l   Responsible for the scheduling for various operating departments

l   Assists in training users on operational functions of the scheduling and time and attendance system

l   Collects data through research and observation for analysis, productivity and special projects

l   Works with Payroll to research and correct discrepancies

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

l   High School Diploma or equivalent

l   At least one year of scheduling and payroll submission experience with time and attendance software

l   Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

l   Excellent written and verbal communication skills

l   Strong organization and multi-tasking skills

Training Requirements:

l   Knowledge of INSPIRE corporate and department policies and procedures

l   Understanding of the scheduling and time and attendance system (Virtual Roster)

Other Requirements:

• Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.
• Be able to sit and watching monitor for extended periods of time(while on duty)
• Based on Operational requirements, be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods(if requires)
• Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
