[담당업무]

- Provide regional merchandising team with seasonal buying strategy & product assortment plan to achieve targeted sales projections and sell–thru
- Partner effectively with cross functional team to make key decision on budget and to deliver the strategic decision in line with our brand guidelines
- Consolidate constructive feedback on product and collection for categories
- Analyze regular report to propose appropriate action to take in the categories
- Work closely with VM team on product launches, new store opening, events and monthly floor-set
- Work closely with Training team to deliver product training materials
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors and product trends as well as pricing

o Buying/Merchandising  
- To study and define the product mix according to the specificity of the Korean market
- To be involved in the seasonal buying session to ensure the right merchandise is purchased for Korea in the right quantity
- To distribute product information and order details to regional Business Planning, Inventory control department and stores after each buying  
- To prepare merchandise book for each season  
- To propose remerchandising of store during new product launch and season end sale  
- To be involved in the preparation of OTB  
- To initiate with Inventory Control department on re-ordering of merchandise  
- To review and propose pricing  
- To guide re-allocation of launched products  
- To set up & update outlet operation strategy  
- To predict sales & trend for newly launched items to request rapid stock replenishment

o Training  
- To identify training needs and prepare training materials on all products  
- To deliver selling technic training in line with HQ guide line  
- To deliver general fashion trend in every season & cross selling tips with styling guide line
 
o Commercial Follow-up  
- To prepare monthly reports on product comments  
- To review sales and sell-thru analyses and propose action plans if necessary  
- To develop special incentive program related to products

경력사항: 경력(20년 이상 )
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업
직무기술: MD, MD Manager


- Around 20yrs experiences in Luxury fashion

- Comfortable in building ranges based on store profile, visualising product selections and past sales performance

- Solid product knowledge and strong luxury feeling

- Analytical and able to identify new product initiatives

- Able to interacts with flexibility and diplomacy with the stakeholders

- Hands-on approach and problem-solving skills

- Excellent people management and communication skills

- Professional presentation skills

- Strong analytical skills

- Good negotiation and interpersonal skill
