O Vehicle Order & Allocation Management
- Input and manage vehicle orders accurately in the BRAND’s order system.
- Monitor and assign vehicle allocation based on company sales target.
- Ensure timely processing of orders while maintaining accuracy in specifications and configurations.
- Communicate with BRAND’s headquarters regarding Ad Personal (customized option) approval.
- Monitor and track production status to ensure timely delivery.

O Variable Margin &Option Monitoring
- Track and analyze variable margin categories, focusing on new order and option target performance.
- Manage and track new order and option targets to align with company target.
- Provide insight and recommendation based on data analysis.

O Sales KPI &Reporting
- Monitor and manage KPI (Key sales Performance Indicators) such as contracts, cancellation, and vehicle delivery.
- Generate and analyze reports to assess sales trends and opportunities.
- Publish daily sales reports for management and internal staffs

O Internal System & Pricing Management
- Maintain and update vehicle information, pricing, and configurations within the internal system.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platform.

O Demo Car Planning & orders
- Plan and manage the ordering of demo cars according to BRAND’s Demo car Policy.
- Input and manage the ordering of demo cars in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Ensure proper vehicle allocation and availability for customer test drives.

[자격요건]

경력: 경력 4년↑
학력: 대졸
직무기술: Order Specialist, 영업관리

- 4+ years of experience in automotive sales operations, order management, or a similar role

- Experience in vehicle order management or automotive sales operations preferred.

- Strong analytical and data management skills.

- Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English for internal and external coordination.

- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Familiarity with automotive ordering systems and salesforce platforms is a plus

- Advanced level of MS Office and in English
