Ÿ Identify new market opportunities; develop short-term and long-term product and technology strategies for Tire and Rubber industry in assigned territories.
· Work with Superior supporting and achieving optimum profit margin in the Tire and Rubber in assigned territories through:

o Management of the Tire and Rubber product lines
o Recommendation of products and technology in accordance with the market needs.

· To conduct sales and market development of company’s chemical products to Tire and Rubber in assigned territories, with responsibility on sales and profit objectives.

[자격요건]

·        At least 5 years of working experience in technical service, sales & marketing, manufacturing and/or plant management preferably in a Tire or Rubber.
·        Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
·        Excellent communication skills, capable of dealing effectively with high-level managers or customers.
·        Ability to work with and/or delegate to all levels and all functional organizational groups within the corporation.
·        Business English level both speaking and writing.
