Facilities and Maintenance

O Plan and Support Activities:
- Plan and support repair and maintenance activities for assigned stores.
- Act as the first responder to store repair and maintenance needs
- Respond to maintenance requests, whether scheduled or ad-hoc, from stores.

O Spending and Budgeting:
- Prepare spending documentation (R&M and MW) on a monthly basis.
- Support the Store Project Manager with spending, budgeting, forecasting, tendering, planning, and follow-up of store projects and minor works.
- Monitor regular repair, maintenance, and special cleaning spending to ensure alignment with the budget.

O Documentation and Systems:
- Handle internal FM documentation and systems, such as Purchase Orders, Goods Received, Service Contracts, etc.
- Verify that all certifications and licenses, particularly those from government statutory departments (e.g., FS/Lift), are valid.

O Site Visits and Compliance:
- Conduct regular visits to stores and company facilities to ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and security policies.
- Supervise maintenance work to ensure compliance with company standards, local government regulations, environmental, health, and safety requirements, and legislation.

O Vendor Coordination and Negotiation:
- Coordinate with vendors to provide a wide range of facilities-related services.
- Demonstrate good negotiation skills, especially when dealing with outside parties such as vendors and suppliers, to ensure the best position for the company.

O Energy Management:
- Control electricity consumption and actively work on energy-saving strategies (e.g., Energy Box).

O Support and Other Duties:
- Support internal/external departments with information on the allocation of store fixtures and hardware (e.g., VM/Communication/SPD).
- Perform any other duties assigned by manager

- 5+ years of experience in similar roles 

- Effective planning and coordination skills

- Communication skill with different stake holders
