- Manager Electrical Engineering (전장설계) (부장급)

 

◈ 담당업무

- Leadelectrical design projects, including circuit design, wiring, control systems,and technical reviews - Manage and mentor a team of three engineers, ensuringtechnical excellence 

 and professional growth - Oversee electrical design fornew product development and improvements of existing products, ensuringcompliance with CE & UL safety regulations 

- Work inclose collaboration with the Mechanical Engineering Team to integrateelectrical and mechanical components seamlessly 

- Develop andimplement safety architectures, including onboard safety functions for drives 

- Conduct PLCand HMI programming, with a preference for LS Electric or similar platforms 

- Manageoutsourcing and supplier collaboration, including defining specifications,ensuring compliance, and following up on project schedules 

- Oversee theselection and validation of electrical components, including motion control andLS Drives, BOSCH, or similar systems 

- Ensurecompliance with industrial safety standards and regulations (CE, UL, IEC, KS,etc.) 

- Driveimprovements in manufacturing efficiency and product quality throughcollaboration with the production and quality assurance teams 

-Engage intechnical discussions with suppliers and vendors, including those providingOmron, Sick, or similar safety solutions 12. Stay updated on emergingtechnologies and industry trends to 

guide long-term technology roadmaps 13.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, applying strong organizational skillsto balance priorities and ensure timely delivery

 

◈ 자격요건

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics,Automation Engineering, or a related field 

- 10+ years of experience in electrical design, with leadership experiencein a team-oriented environment 

- Proven experience in team management, mentoring, and cross-functionalcollaboration 

- Strong expertise in electrical circuit design and analysis, using toolssuch as E3, Eplan or similar 

- Solid understanding of industrial safety standards (CE, UL regulations)and safety architectures for industrial automation 

- Hands-on experience with safety functions for drives, includingfunctional safety implementation 

- Familiarity with Omron, Sick, or similar safety solutions for industrialautomation 

- Expertise in motion control systems, including LS Drives, BOSCH, orequivalent solutions 

- Advanced skills in PLC and HMI programming, ideally using LS Electric orsimilar platforms 

- Ability to manage external partners, suppliers, and outsourcedengineering teams, including specifications development and project timelinetracking
