- QualityManagement and Compliance - - - Develop, implement, and oversee the qualitymanagement system to meet industry standards and regulations Ensure compliancewith ISO and other relevant certifications (CE and UL) Conduct regular auditsand quality inspections to maintain high product standards
- ProblemSolving and Continuous Improvement - - Utilize quality methodologies (such as8D, Root Cause Analysis (RCA)) to resolve issues effectively Work withcross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective andpreventive actions between the entities in Korea, India and France
- Productionand Supplier Quality - - - - Collaborate with the production team to enhanceproduct quality and reliability Build and maintain the control plan for theproduction of machines Establish and maintain strong relationships withsuppliers, with the Purchasing team, to ensure incoming materials meet qualitystandards Implement supplier evaluation and performance tracking processes
- CustomerSatisfaction and Customer Project Management (CPM) - - - Investigate customercomplaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions withthe departments concerned (e.g., production, RD&E) Work closely with theCPM team, Area Service Managers, and Field Service Technicians to addressquality-related concerns Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics 5.Team Training and Quality Culture - - Provide training and guidance toemployees on quality processes and best practices Foster a culture of qualityawareness and continuous improvement within the organization
◈ 자격요건
- Education:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, orrelated field)
- Experience:5-10 years of experience in a quality management role within a manufacturingenvironment
- Skills: Goodknowledge of quality methodologies (8D, etc.), problem-solving techniques, androot cause analysis
- Language:Korean and fluent in English Technical
- Skills:Familiarity with machine manufacturing processes and quality control tools
