Position: Overseas Sales Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve international sales targets.
Identify and establish relationships with potential overseas clients and partners.
Conduct market research to understand global market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Negotiate and close partnership contracts with local distributors or sales agents
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored for international markets.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Travel internationally as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

- Bachelor`s degree
- Min. of 5 years of experience in international sales in the medical device sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong understanding of international markets and business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
