O Product and Inventory Management
- Manage daily communication with boutiques regarding product availability, special orders, and operational needs.
- Oversee regular and non-regular product shipments, ensuring timely delivery of merchandise, including jewelry, MJHJ collections, and non-merchandise items (VM, PLV).
- Monitor model stock for jewelry and other product categories, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise stock rotation to maintain a fresh and relevant product assortment across retail locations.

O Merchandise Forecasting and Reporting
- Prepare and review novelty forecasts and monthly reports for brand meetings and MMU.
- Conduct regular sales reviews to track performance, identify opportunities, and provide insights for operational improvements.
- Handle communication related to price increases and ensure all retail locations are updated on changes.

O Operational Support and Coordination
- Oversee special orders and solitaire product management, ensuring timely fulfillment and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with customs agencies and manage the import process to ensure smooth entry of merchandise into the local market.
- Provide support for VM plans and assist with event and exhibition operations, including family sales and other special events.

직무기술: SCM, MD Manager

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- A minimum of 9 years' proven experience in retail supply chain management, merchandising, or a related role, preferably in the luxury brand.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams across the business.

- Familiar with legal regulation for Retail and Importation operations

- Proficient in written and spoken English.
