- Support CRM strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, and loyalty
- Analyze customer data for personalized marketing
- Plan and implement promotional CRM programs
- Monitor customer traffic and sales dynamics
- Report on market trends and competitor activities, especially in-store events.
- Organize and execute in-store events to drive sales
- Coordinate with boutique staff; evaluate events and suggest improvements
- Oversee and enhance customer service for customer satisfaction
- Resolve issues promptly with relevant parties
- Assist in developing and enforcing retail policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations
- Provide administrative assistance to the retail team
- Support boutique operations as needed.
- Collect and report sales strategy plans from stores monthly
- Prepare reports on CRM activities and utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of programs
- Manage and monitor budgets for CRM programs and events
- Ensure cost-effective operations within budget constraints

- University degree(or same level)
- At least 3 ~ 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in luxury retail industry(Preferred)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge of MS office software
- Excellent communication skills to fit with all internal departments and clients
