- Monitor infringing activities on major online platforms.
- Gather evidence on infringing activities and collect information on infringers.
- Build and maintain a database on infringers.
- Analyze patterns of repeat offenders.
- Prepare cease and desist letters to be sent to repeat offenders.
- Communicate with infringers regarding their activities.
- Prepare criminal complaints against repeat offenders.
- Compile internal reports on infringing activities and enforcement actions.
- Prepare product verification affidavits.
- Conduct legal research on IP-related topics and draft short articles/memos.
- Translate IP-related reports and articles between Korean and English.
- Attend meetings and conferences and prepare summaries of the discussions.
- Conduct and support IP training programs for authorities.
- Engage in online or offline investigations.
- Send and receive samples and documents, and maintain records of such transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the department

직무기술: IP, IP Specialist

- Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in the IP field (especially IPR enforcement), either in-house, at a law firm, investigation firm, or a related organization.

- Education: Minimum of a university degree required, with a law degree or law license mandatory.

- Language Skills: Fluent in Korean and business English (both oral and written)

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

- Personal Attributes: Team player, willing to learn, agile, cross-cultural, detail-oriented, organized, responsible, autonomous, and proactive.
