  • - Monitor infringing activities on major online platforms.
  • - Gather evidence on infringing activities and collect information on infringers.
  • - Build and maintain a database on infringers.
  • - Analyze patterns of repeat offenders. 
  • - Prepare cease and desist letters to be sent to repeat offenders. 
  • - Communicate with infringers regarding their activities. 
  • - Prepare criminal complaints against repeat offenders. 
  • - Engage in online or offline investigations.
  • - Send and receive samples and documents, and maintain records of such transactions. 



[ ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç ]

  • - Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in the IP field (especially IPR enforcement), either in-house, at a law firm, investigation firm, or a related organization. 
  • - Education: Minimum of a university degree required, with a law degree or law license mandatory.
  • - Language Skills: Fluent in Korean and business English (both oral and written)
  • - Technical Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
