- - Monitor infringing activities on major online platforms.
- - Gather evidence on infringing activities and collect information on infringers.
- - Build and maintain a database on infringers.
- - Analyze patterns of repeat offenders.
- - Prepare cease and desist letters to be sent to repeat offenders.
- - Communicate with infringers regarding their activities.
- - Prepare criminal complaints against repeat offenders.
- - Engage in online or offline investigations.
- - Send and receive samples and documents, and maintain records of such transactions.

- - Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in the IP field (especially IPR enforcement), either in-house, at a law firm, investigation firm, or a related organization.
- - Education: Minimum of a university degree required, with a law degree or law license mandatory.
- - Language Skills: Fluent in Korean and business English (both oral and written)
- - Technical Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
