General Description of the Role
will link sales orders received from our customers with logistics so that they can become smooth sales activities also make reports and materials necessary for sales activities so that sales activities centered on the market can be strengthened.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
•Receive the order from the customer precisely and deliver it to the logistics team.
•Communicate the company's policy changes or product data on the behalf of the sales team by phone, fax or e-mail.
•Create daily sales materials and share them with sales, marketing and operations teams
•Report the amount of inventory and uniqueness of the product.
•Provide necessary administrative support and data for the salesperson working in the province.
•Make daily sales data and make a cumulative number so salespeople understand the progress of sales.
•A good relationship with the logistics team ensures a good product is delivered
•Monthly, quarterly, and semiannual sales data are grouped by sales representative and team and shared with salesperson
•Make a list of required purchases, or purchase the required list from the appropriate point of purchase when requested.


Key Relationships
Internal: Maintain good relationship with the salesperson and the sales team manager and improve the efficiency of the business by cooperating with the marketing and finance work.
External:
Maintain good relationship with customers and communicate vigorously with logistics

-1~5 years experiences of sales operation
-IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
-Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work
-English & Korea verbal and written communication skills
