필립스코리아에서는 광주 및 전라 지역의 고객을 대상으로 서비스 세일즈를 이끌 인재를 찾고 있습니다. 본 포지션은 필립스 Equipment에 대한 서비스 계약을 관리하며, 기존 및 신규 고객을 대상으로 한 서비스 세일즈를 담당합니다. 고객과의 장기 파트너십을 바탕으로 비즈니스 가치를 극대화하고, 시장과 고객 니즈를 반영한 전략 수립 및 실행을 통해 매출 성장을 주도합니다. 내부 유관 부서와의 협업으로 최적의 솔루션을 제공하며, 지속적인 개선 활동과 세일즈 퍼널 관리를 통해 고객 서비스를 안정적으로 운영하고, 사업 영역을 점진적으로 확대해 나갑니다. 고객 만족을 중심으로 CLV 향상 및 업그레이드 비즈니스를 함께 추진합니다.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Service Account management – Gwangju and Jeolla province.
• Develop and drive a credible and productive long-term relation with customers to maximize the value (top-and bottom-line) of the short- & long-term business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customers strategies and priorities external trends, market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, legislation.
• Coordinate efficient One Philips approach to the customer, by working with Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain team members at account.
• Develop Account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities, and drive account customer Sales Plans to fulfill account plan growth.
• Drives continuous improvement via Lean & CFSS methodology. 
• Maintain and grow comparable CS sales business.
• Funnel Management via daily management methodology.
• Develop, maintain and improve the relations a limited number of accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier.
• Initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.
• Collaborate with EQ SAM, Modality Sales Specialist, Service & Solution delivery team, Project manager, Application specialist efficiently to maximize CS and EQ sales revenue.
• Develop CLV (Customer life value), upgrade business by maximizing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in medical engineering or business in Gwangju and Jeolla province.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the medical field.
• Passionate and motivated mindset to manage account for CS sales and contribute EQ sales business.
• Winning sprit mindset, resilience, and agility.
• Mindset to get accustomed to new environment proactively.
• Attitude to collaborate with colleagues effectively and efficiently.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
