IT monitoring solution Pre-sales Engineer
We seek an outstanding professional for our Korea market with 4 to 6 years of real-world experience in implementing and consulting modern IT technologies
The candidate will work in different areas - from product presentations, demos, proofs of concepts to implementation, fine-tuning and supporting complex troubleshooting scenarios, to demonstrate value of our product to customers.

This is a customer facing consultancy position that requires hands-on approach. The key responsibilities for this role are:

• Position our products to customers looking for Virtualization/Application/Cloud/Container services monitoring solutions;
• Install, configure, and prove the value of our products in proof of concepts. Generate reports demonstrating the value of the solutions in solving key business problems for customers.
• Provide presentations and demonstrations of our products to prospective customers;
• Train prospective customers and partners on our products.
• Assist as required with post sales activities including implementations, troubleshooting, customizations and applying upgrades and patches at customer sites.

Requirement 
• 4 to 6 years of experience in areas like Application Performance Management, Network Performance Monitoring, Requirements Analysis, ITIL and IT Service Management.
• Must be interested in working in a customer facing role.
• Must be interested in learning new technologies and applying them to solve real world problems.
• Experience managing projects would be a plus.
• Good to have some experience with working in an international team.
• Exposure to Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization technologies is required.
• Understanding of Java/J2EE technologies and web applications is a plus.
• Must be ambitious, competitive, energetic; should be a results-oriented team player.
• Microsoft / Citrix / VMWare certifications would be an added advantage.
• Ideally someone with experience in user community (network and ability to present for an audience)
• Good spoken, written and presentation skills
• Basic communicate in English language
