Who you are
• You have significant experience of working as a graphic communications leader in an IKEA store, and an understanding of the IKEA graphic and visual identity.
• You are confident in communication, coaching and leading others.
• You have an education in graphic communication design, media and typography with knowledge and experience of using graphic design software and production tools.
• You have excellent verbal and written skills in the local language of the country.
Your responsibilities
• Contribute to designing and implementing in store graphic communication guidelines according to IKEA concept.
• Contribute to creating a visually stimulating and engaging retail experience that adds value for customers and triggers their Home Furnishing interest.
• Influence and coach commercial teams in all customer meeting points to ensure a good customer experience, by providing relevant content, at the right place, in the right formats.
• Measure performance of graphic design by conducting functional reviews.
• Act as a member of the HF&RD (Home Furnishing & Retail Design) team and proactively contribute to HF&RD plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals.
• Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within Commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact.
• Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the function in order to contribute to the business goals.
