Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute overall corporate & brand communication activation (media event, campaign activation, product launching and overall external communication that adds value to the brand)
- Develop and implement comprehensive communications plans in line with the PESO model (paid, earned, shared and owned) to support business objectives that promote and enhance the overall brand reputation
- Partner with local management and regional communication team members to build communications strategies
- Develop and execute strategic media-relation plans including media pitching in order to drive positive earned media coverage, seeking opportunities to maximize positive exposure of brand
- Develop effective PR and communications content such as key messages, talking points, media pitches, press releases, fact sheets, media Q&As, statement, speech, presentations, etc.
- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events including product launches, season previews, media conferences, KOL/influencer invitations, etc.
- Manage media relations including responding to media inquiries, facilitating media interviews, developing relationships with journalists/editors and maintaining media list
- Lead and support all employee communication. Drive employee engagement through adapted and local campaigns and sustainability initiatives, to encourage employee loyalty and reinforce organizational values
- Managing PR budget with its effective allocation to support business goals
Qualification requirements:
- Education, experience, training: University degree with at least 13 years of relevant experience in a large, global companies. Experience in a PR agency is a plus.
- This position requires the individual to be a self-starter, an efficient problem-solver, with the willingness to challenge the status quo and seek new and better ways of working or communicating both internally and externally.
