Position Summary

Player Services Assistant Manager is responsible for daily operation of Casino floor services as a shift manager while executing customer services as well as managing team members during the shift. Assistant Manager of Player Services is expected to increase customer satisfaction by leading and encouraging team members for better performance on casino floor services.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand the overall operation status on casino floor and manage team members to provide proper services to customers.

• Establish rapport with customers and provide professional customer relationship services with new and existing customers to encourage constant return trip to our venue.

• Deal with incidents on gaming floor with real-time resolution.

• Cooperate with relevant departments to set up the operational procedure with understanding of overall operation.

• Collect key data in gaming trend and customers’ needs from direct feedback to provide the information to operational departments and management.

• Observe the entire customer journey and find service improvements in operation.

• Train team members to understand the details of event and promotions, gaming information and basic operational regulations.

• Regularly report the daily operation to management.

Minimum Education and Qualifications

• Have 5 years and above of experience in gaming or related industry. Experienced in a supervisory role is preferred.

• Have the knowledge of casino marketing, the understand in both VIP market and mass market is preferred.

• Have excellent communication skill with internal/external customers.

• Have leadership to manage the team members during the shift.

• Able to train team members in standard.

• Able to work independently and self-motivated.

• Able to deal with complaints or complex situation in casino professionally

• Multilingual and ability to converse in various languages, specially in Chinese/Japanese/Mongolian, preferred.

• Able to work on rotating shifts and to adapt quickly to fast-changed environments.

• Be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time.

• Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.

• Based on Operational requirements, be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
