About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support our Global HR functions. This role is ideal for someone with up to 3 years of HR experience, particularly in HR operations, administration, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance support
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy in employee records
- Provide support on global HR policies and procedures
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and ensuring a smooth HR experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR service improvements
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of HR-related experience, preferably in an international environment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
- Minimum business-level English proficiency (Native-level preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Growth mindset and demonstrated team-oriented problem-solving skills
