Product Marketing Executive

Product Strategy
- Propose and implement a strong product range strategy for brand
- Lead new product launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products
- Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
- Make recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
- Adapt communication material (imagery, brochures, mailing, point of sale)
- Initiate projects to increase awareness of the brand in the market
Product Lifecycle & Forecast
- Track and analyze product performance and lifecycle
- Ensure product sales forecast accuracy
Operational Marketing
- Plan out and manage the product portfolio for each channel (Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale, etc.)
- Implement a competitive promotion plan for product growth inline with channel needs
- Monitor and manage the promotional investment spent
- Interact effectively with various counterparts to achieve marketing objectives
Budget Management
- Manage local budget for leaflets & brochures production, GWP production and other promotions

Academic / Professional Qualifications
- 4 years¡¯ University degree is required
- Business Administration (Marketing) and Consumer major preferred
Work Experience
- At least 5 years experiences related with overall function of Product Management in Cosmetic Fields
- Strong understanding of the fast-changing distribution channels (department stores, street boutiques, H&B channels, e-commerce channels, etc.)

- Strong marketing knowledge and brand strategy know-how
- Understanding of local retail dynamics and environment
- Positive, proactive, independent, transparent, process oriented and enthusiastic attitude of working
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse departments
- Analytical way of thinking to come up with strategies and problem-solving
- Self-motivated to drive changes and willing to accept new challenges
- Fluent communication and interpersonal skills with Korean and English
