[Job Description] • Responsible for Partnership & Affiliate performance in South Korea. • Identify, evaluate and strategize commercial deals with relevant partnerships across the board (i.e. local media, affiliates and other online traffic partners). • Launch new major partnership deals with various verticals such as Airlines, Banks, OTAs, KOLs, MRKT companies, etc. to increase orders. • Build, maintain and develop strong & long term relationships with partners to achieve sustainable business growth for the company. • Identify competitive threats and propose appropriate action. • Collaborate with other internal teams & stakeholders (Product, Operations, Supply, etc) to build demand based products that will eventually scale.
[Qualifications]
• 5 years to 10 years working experience in in the travel industry or OTA experience is preferred. (Minimum 5 year working experience) • Experience in Partnership marketing / Business Development • Bachelor's degree in any field. • Strong understanding of digital marketing. • Fluent in both Korean and English. • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • Self-starter, independent, detail-oriented and highly persuasive. • Good product knowledge of full service OTAs • Good knowledge of performance marketing and knowledge of affiliate network/online marketing preferred.
