O Compensation & Benefits - Work closely with Senior HR Manager and Group C&B team on salary benchmarking exercises, make recommendations based on market data and organizations' priorities. - Analyze internal and external data to identify risks and opportunities, make recommendations for action plans. - Be responsible for retail population labour cost. - Support the annual salary & bonus review in the coverage. - Manage sales incentive rules in relation to HR aspect.
O Talent Acquisition - Lead boutique talent acquisition strategies and be in charge of hiring. - Partner with TA team on boutique recruitment; keep track on recruitment process, update stakeholders on a timely manner and report the information with relevant stakeholders.
O Talent Management and Engagement - Managing the overall Talent Management cycle in a systemic way for the boutique team; facilitating the Talent Review and Succession Planning sessions, communicate strategically and effectively with all stakeholders. - Collaborate with Learning and Development, Retail Training to design development programs for key talents.

- Bachelor¡¯s degree - Minimum of 10 years of
experience in HR, preferably in sizeable multi-national companies. - Experience in managing HR
projects and execution - Strong knowledge of HR
principles, practices, and employment laws - Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of
the organization - Demonstrated ability to
handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
