teams in matrixed organizations. - Advanced
analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform
decision-making and optimize performance. - Exceptional
stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence
at all levels and drive cross-functional collaboration. - Strong people
leadership skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing
high-performing teams. - Extensive
experience in agency management, from selection and briefing to performance
management and contract negotiation. - Expertise in
digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies. - Bachelor's
degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) highly preferred.
