Job Title: Clinical Application Specialist, IGT-S (Image Guided Therapy, Fixed Systems)

Role Summary:

The Clinical Application Specialist is responsible for adapting Philips' clinical applications to meet diverse customer specifications and operational complexities, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance in healthcare settings. The role ensures strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal protocols, safeguarding patient safety throughout all stages of application deployment. The role analyzes complex clinical workflows and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and enhance the effectiveness of Philips' applications. The role utilizes advanced clinical knowledge and technical expertise, provides authoritative guidance and support, facilitating successful implementation and utilization of Philips' products and services.

필립스코리아에서는 Angiography 장비인 IGT-S (Image Guided Therapy, Fixed Systems) 제품의 Clinical Application을 담당할 인재를 모집합니다. 본 포지션은 Philips IGT 제품/솔루션/서비스의 임상 응용에 대한 지식 전문가로서, 다양한 의료 환경에 맞춰 어플리케이션의 효과적인 적용과 통합을 지원합니다. 고객에게는 제품 프레젠테이션 및 데모 시연을 제공하고, 영업 팀에는 임상 관련 교육을 실시하여 고객 만족도 향상과 비즈니스 성장에 기여합니다. 또한, 복잡한 임상 워크플로우와 운영 절차를 분석해 비효율을 개선하고 제품 성능을 극대화합니다. 관련 규제 및 내부 기준을 철저히 준수하여 환자 안전을 보장하며, Philips 제품과 서비스의 성공적인 도입과 활용을 주도하는 핵심 역할을 수행합니다.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Develops advanced training modules and educational materials that enhance clinical proficiency and user satisfaction, supporting effective onboarding and continuous professional development.
  • Communicates effectively and persuasively with clinical end-users, delivering impactful training sessions, technical support, and educational resources that promote proficient use of Philips' products and services.
  • Documents meticulously and provides detailed reporting on application implementations, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support seamless project management and regulatory compliance.
  • Adapts Philips' clinical applications to intricately meet diverse customer specifications and operational complexities, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance in healthcare settings.
  • Ensures strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal protocols throughout all post-sales stages of application deployment, ensuring compliance and safeguarding patient safety, working under limited supervision.
  • Analyzes complex clinical workflows and operational procedures with meticulous detail, conducting thorough post-sales assessments to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancing the effectiveness of Philips' applications.
  • Applies advanced clinical knowledge and technical expertise to provide authoritative guidance and support, facilitating the successful implementation and utilization of Philips' products and services.
  • Cultivates strategic alliances and fosters collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, specialists, and key stakeholders, driving engagement and ensuring successful application deployments.
  • Evaluates continuously and optimizes Philips' clinical applications based on user feedback, performance metrics, and industry benchmarks to drive ongoing improvement and innovation.
  • Consults strategically with healthcare providers and organizational leaders to streamline workflows and maximize the efficacy of Philips' applications, offering tailored insights and solutions to address specific clinical challenges.
  • Guides and develops employees to achieve organizational goals and ensure compliance with industry regulations, all while fostering a culture of impact with care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Experienced in Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support preferred.
  • Experience in Angiography, Image guided therapy product domain preferred.
  • Presentation, communication and follow up skills (in both Korean and English).
