Responsibilites:
1. Administration of the Senior School
Manage the Senior School administrative centre to keep it accessible and organized.
Act as the first point of contact for queries from students, parents, and staff.
Maintain the Senior School calendar, bulletin, and SchoolBox communications.
Support Senior School recruitment by scheduling interviews.
Handle helpdesk requests related to facility needs.
2. School Timetable Management
Oversee student timetables in iSAMS, ensuring accuracy.
Assign/reassign students to appropriate form groups and academic classes.
Adjust timetables as needed.
3. Data Management
Collect and manage student-related data (e.g., PIPA, AUP forms, lanyards).
Handle and store confidential documents discreetly.
4. Support to Head of Senior School & Senior School Leadership Team(SSLT)
Schedule meetings with parents and staff.
Take and write meeting minutes.
Manage Head of Senior School¡¯s calendar.
Provide translation during parent meetings/events.
Arrange interviews and collect references.
Compile staff timetables and student picture book.
Manage communication with Senior School Parent Representatives.
Attend and record weekly briefing and planning meetings.
5. School Event and Trip Organisation:
Events:
Organize key events such as parent-teacher conferences, workshops, and student events.
Manage event logistics, materials, and communications.
Trips:
Coordinate logistics for day and residential trips.
Create trip booklets and handle payments and arrangements for staff PD trips.
6. Communication and Correspondence
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through email, SMS, and SchoolBox.
Draft and send letters and updates to parents and students.
Translate and share parent representative meeting minutes.
Create and analyze surveys as needed.
7. Payment Management
Process purchase orders and payment requests using the ERP system.
Manage and reconcile the Senior School credit card.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor`s degree
Bilingual in Korean and English (speaking, reading, writing)
Minimum of 2 years` experience in school administration or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with school management systems (e.g., iSAMS, Microsoft Dynamics 360)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Calm and professional under pressure with high attention to confidentiality and detail
Knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety protocols
Able to work overtime during school events or graduation, when requested
