Position Summary

In this key role, you will report to the Butler Supervisor, and provide professional, personalized service to VIP guests. Respond promptly to guests¡¯ requests and do everything possible to make their stay enjoyable. Ensure the VIP guest experience in Villas is memorable by exceeding guests¡¯ experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- VIP Guest Handling: Well prepared on VIP visit, ensure a seamless and personalized experience from arrival to departure.
- Cross- Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate butler services and create a cohesive and integrated guest experience. Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute VIP events, ensuring all details align with the resort's standards.
- Executive Ability: Follow guest¡¯s instruction accurately and precisely, beyond guest¡¯s expectation. Complete tasks assigned by superiors efficiently.
- Guest Relations: Ensuring personalized and attentive service throughout their stay. Develop and maintain positive relationships with VIP clientele to enhance guest loyalty.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- VIP Guest Handling:
Well prepared on VIP visit, ensure a seamless and personalized experience. Handle all guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently. Consistently seek new and innovative service initiatives to ¡°wow¡± the VIPs.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
Works closely with all relevant departments to ensure VIP guest requests are actioned in a timely manner, including room allocation, meet and greet services, concierge services, limousine and transportation requests, and other VIP guest requirements.
- Executive Ability:
Follow guest¡¯s instruction accurately and precisely, beyond guest¡¯s expectation. Assume duties assigned by superior as required. Report to butler supervisor about any issue related to work. Respond and solve problems efficiently.
- Guest Relations:
Build strong relationships with VIP guests, fostering loyalty and trust. To provide 24/7 personalized services at the highest-level befitting the INSPIRE standard for each individual VIP to ensure that their stay at INSPIRE Entertainment Resort is memorable.
- VIP Service Standards:
Implement and reinforce VIP service standards and protocols to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service across all guest touchpoints.
- Facility Maintenance:
Check villas and butler pantry regularly, ensure the facility and equipment are clean, in good condition, according to the company standard.
- Training and Development:
Attending ongoing training for butler service, to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to resort standards. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the department.
Education and Qualifications
Hospitality related course, tertiary education.
Knowledge of Butler Services, Front Desk or Food & Beverage, or Housekeeping within the hospitality or integrated resort industry.
Attention to details and highly anticipatory.
Ability to communicate in multiple languages with English is a must. Knowledge of any another foreign language (Chinese/Japanese) will be an advantage.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve guest issues effectively.
Flexibility to on shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Familiar with the operation work environment.
Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
Ability to work on his/her own feet for eight hours or more.
