주요 업무 내용
- 매장 설계 전반 (기획, 컨셉 개발, 시공, 사후 평가) 주도
- 브랜드 가이드라인과 현지 시장 니즈에 부합하는 VM 전략 수립 및 실행
- 고객 동선을 고려한 효율적이고 아름다운 매장 레이아웃 구성
- 효과적인 상품 연출 및 디스플레이 기획
- 내부 유관 부서 및 외부 벤더와의 협업을 통한 매장 오픈 및 시즌 캠페인 지원
- 팀원(비주얼 및 건축 각 2명) 코칭 및 성장 지원
- 매장 성과 및 고객 행동 분석을 통한 지속적인 개선

- Lead and integrate the Visual Merchandising (VM) and Store Architecture functions to ensure consistency and synergy across all retail spaces.
- Oversee the end-to-end store design process, including planning, concept development, construction, and post-evaluation.
- Develop and execute compelling VM strategies that align with brand guidelines and local market needs.
- Ensure optimal store layouts that balance aesthetic appeal with operational efficiency and traffic flow.
- Guide the team in creating high-impact product presentations that maximize visibility and commercial performance.
- Manage vendor relationships for design, construction, and display materials, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with retail, merchandising, and marketing teams to support store openings and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze store performance and shopper behavior to continuously improve physical retail experiences.
- Coach and mentor two team members in each function (VM and Architecture), fostering their professional growth and collaborative execution.

- 학사 졸업이상 건축, 인테리어 디자인, VM 관련 전공 우대

- 관련 분야 총 15년 이상 경력

- 프리미엄 리테일 환경에서의 8년 이상 실무 경험 우대

- 공간 설계와 브랜드 경험에 대한 높은 이해

- 프로젝트 및 벤더 관리 역량

- 디자인 툴 (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe 등) 사용 가능

- 원활한 커뮤니케이션과 리더십 역량

- 유창한 영어 커뮤니케이션 필수

- 국내 외 출장 가능자

- 국내: 리테일, 상품기획, 운영, SCM, 오프라인 매장 등

- 해외: 아시아 및 유럽 본사 내 관련 팀
