- Strategic Project Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of cross-functional projects driven by the Managing Director, covering key business themes such as commercial acceleration, operational excellence, client strategy, and organizational development.
- Strategic Planning & Executive Communication
: Support in defining strategic orientations, business priorities, and KPIs for key initiatives.
- Business Intelligence & Performance Reporting
: Conduct global and Korea market research and competitive analysis to inform project strategies and identify growth opportunities or risks.
[ 자격조건 ]
- Above bachelor’s degree and MBA preferred. (or Master’s degree related field)
- 10+ years of professional experience in Business Consulting, Project Management and/or strategic development project in industry
- Fluent communication skill in Korean and English
- Proven experience in strategic project management, business planning, or consulting, ideally in dynamic and cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical skills and experience
