- Daily payroll system management/reporting personnel data and cooperation with the payroll provider.
- Answering HR Admin & Payroll queries from employees.
- Conducting standard HR & GA processes – onboarding, offboarding, payroll process, benefits enrollment and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Review of all accounting transactions such as monthly, and annual closings.
- Prepare annual budget and Reporting for monthly actual &forecasts.
- Bank operation, Corresponding for Audit, Internal control activities and communication with Tax agency for Tax return and Statutory Financial Statement preparation etc.
- Recruiting, training and development, employee communication and engagement activities
- HR and GA policies, system and reporting.
