• Strong knowledge in sourcing and indirect procurement practices and related processes with preferably 5 years or more of experience in indirect procurement.
• Good knowledge of industry and market specific conditions.
• Strong supplier management and supplier development skills.
• Quick and agile learner, eager to embrace new information and adapt to evolving market trends.
• Confident and skilled negotiator, capable of building strong relationships and achieving favorable outcomes.
• Excellent business and financial acumen with strategic mindset allowing to identify opportunities and contribute to achieving business goals.
• Native in Korean and Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Your responsibilities
• Responsible for sourcing of indirect goods and services across all categories (Real Estate, Marketing, Professional Services and Digital & Tech), following and securing the procurement process in SAP Ariba.
• Responsible to drive supplier management and supplier performance securing compliance of IWAY and the Code of Conduct.
• Build and maintain trustful relationships with business owners to align plans and drive supplier performance and results.
• Responsible for the implementation and communication of the procurement strategy/category plan/strategic direction within the IKEA Korea.
• Continuously monitor the supplier market and give input to business owners on sourcing options, supplier market, market trends and contribute to the development of the Category Plans.
