Property Acquisition & Onboarding
-Identify and target potential hotel partners, especially independent and local chains, in assigned regions.
-Lead end-to-end acquisition process: pitch Trip.com value proposition, negotiate commercial terms, and drive contract closure.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful onboarding of new properties on the platform.
-Ensure high-quality content, competitive pricing, and system connectivity during listing process

Account Management
-Being responsible for maintaining and growing Trip.com¡¯s business in your assigned markets.
-Consult partners in both short & long term strategy to maximize their revenue on Trip.com¡¯s platform via different strategic plans: maintaining best rate parity, availability and inventory; promoting relevant commercial products & campaigns, etc.
-Maintaining & leveraging partners business relationship to make Trip.com become their most preferrable OTA platform.
-Being able to understand the market¡¯s landscape and situation to identify challenges & opportunities via Data analysis, Market analysis & Market research.

Job Requirements
-3+ years¡¯ experience in sales, account management or revenue experience within the hospitality & tourism industry.
-Proficiency in English language skills, both written and verbal. Chinese language skills would be a plus.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate to various stakeholders at different levels.
-Strong relationship builder with the ability to earn the trust of others to achieve reciprocal outcomes.
-Highly organized and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and be focused on achieving critical targets and deadlines with accuracy.
-A self-starter that is determined, motived, persistent, and has a strong ability to act to achieve key results for the company.
-Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to select and present insights to different stakeholders and implement action plans based on those insights.
-Great work ethic and committed to providing superior customer service to key stakeholders.
-A valid driver¡¯s license and the ability to travel are required.
