o Proven track record in lead discovery and optimization of antibodies, bi/multi-specifics, fusion proteins and alternative biologics for therapeutic performance.
o Hands-on experiences of biologics discovery (antibody lead sequence generation by in vitro or in vivo methodologies), and antibody repertoire/sequence analysis.
o In-depth understanding of biologics design, protein interactions, structure-function relationships, biochemical/biophysical characterization and optimization using developability assessment tools (stability, solubility, manufacturability).
