[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] - Report to HQ regularly ensuring a full understanding of the brand situation at any time - Local point of contact for the distributor¡¯s brand management team (BM, mkt, training) - Drive brand elevation initiatives in alignment with international objectives and guidelines - In partnership with our distributor, build the strategy, set up the action plan and reach the commercial and financial yearly targets in coordination with HQ - Support the distributor in the day-to-day business monitoring and execution of all action plan - Attend to local retailers meetings with the distributor - Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with retailers to build a robust business network. - Request a monthly BR and all immediate actions to fix business priorities - Challenge the distributor to maximize retail sales in assigned doors to grow market share, ranking and productivity - Challenge the distributor to optimize better spaces within stores - Coach & motivate employees - Co-responsible for recruiting and team development - Co-responsible for image and execution quality excellence at POS - Co-responsible for in-store promotions and events execution Principal Duties and Responsibilities
