1. Retail Strategy & Business Analysis
- Develop and implement retail strategies to achieve sales and growth targets, aligned with brand and company objectives.
- Manage retail team performance, monitor store KPIs and sales targets.
- Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and analyze competitor and customer trends.
2. Store Operations
- Oversee daily store operations, events, and marketing activities.
- Lead new store openings or relocations, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Address customer service issues promptly and manage mystery shopper programs.
- Ensure visual merchandising and inventory are managed according to brand guidelines.
3. Team Management & Development
- Enhance staffing strategies and incentive schemes to drive team performance.
- Support HR activities such as hiring, assessments, and talent management.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback for staff development.
4. Clienteling, Customer Experience & CRM
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and service.
- Foster a client-centric culture and maximize CRM data capture and customer loyalty.
5. After Sales Service Management
- Oversee after-sales service workflow and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Coordinate with HQ and service providers, complete required reports and assignments.

- Strong preference for candidates with watches and jewelry experience.

- 15 years (10~15 years) of experience in relevant fields

- Proven experience as Retail Manager of luxury global company & industry

- Broad knowledge of the jewelry/fashion luxury market

- Clienteling development and management expertise

- Knowledge of current retail trends and strong network within the jewelry/fashion luxury Market

- Fluent in English for speaking and writing

- Strong negotiation skill / analytical & communication skills

- Excellent leadership skill

- Goal-oriented and results-driven work ethic

- Flexible thinking and problem-solving abilities
