1. General mission of the position
- Manage, develop and optimize Accounting function under supervision of CFO.
- Solve any accounting issue appearing in parallel of a strong business growth.
- File and maintain all accounting evidences in order.

2. PRINCIPAL MISSIONS
- Lead Year-End-Audit with external auditors.
- Lead Year-End-Income-Tax return with external tax accountants and file local tax returns.
- Perform Month End Closing.
- Perform IFRS consolidation via Oracle HFM accordance with Group guidance.
- Apply new accounting principles.
- Manages and maintains day to day accounting
- Supervises 2 junior staff.

3. TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in Accounting fields required (Korean CPA or equivalent preferred.)
- Experience in multinational companies required, retail industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both Korean & English required.
- Strong motivation to work in autonomy.
- Strong ability to raise and solve issue required.
- Knowledge of KGAAP required, IFRS is a plus.
- Experience, knowledge and filing, of Korean VAT and CIT preferred.
