[담당업무]

- Lead the design, Implementation, and continuous improvement of a compliant, scalable financial reporting and control system aligned with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Overseas budgeting, forecasting, treasury operations, and cash flow planning to support both short-and long-term business goals.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and Board on performance, risks, and growth opportunities, while participating in investment analysis and scenario planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize resource allocation, internal processes, and cost efficiency; support operational areas such as HR policies and performance management.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, cultivating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and leadership succession.
- Represent the company in dealings with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and financial institutions, and support risk mitigation strategies.
- Contribute as a core member of the executive team, with potential for future promotion to Managing Director.

직무기술: CFA, AICPA, KICPA, CPA, Finance Director

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CFA or MBA preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in a growing or international business. 

- Fluency in English (speaking and writing)

- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

- Business mindset with the ability to think both strategically and execute operationally.

- Ambition to evolve into a broader executive leadership role in the future.
