1. Recruitment Process and Data Management
- Enter and manage data on leads and prospective pupils from various channels.
- Maintain accurate records in school systems (iSAMS, Open Apply).
- Review and verify identification documents in compliance with policies.
- Organise and store essential documents for audits.
2. Pupil Records and Academic Administration
- Issue and manage pupil records and key documents (certificates, reports, recommendations).
- Ensure timely provision of pupil-related documentation.
- Liaise with IT and Academic teams for document management.
3. Examination Coordination for Departing Pupils
- Act as invigilator for departing pupils¡¯ exams.
- Plan and coordinate examination processes.
- Collaborate with academic teams and receiving schools.
4. Recruitment and Retention Event Support
- Prepare and distribute welcome packs for new families.
- Support planning and execution of Open Days, Orientation Days, and other events.
- Monitor and manage stock of welcome materials.
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure event success.
5. Customer Experience Administration
- Provide general administrative support to enhance customer experience.
- Support initiatives to deliver memorable and high-quality experiences.
- Assist with tracking and evaluating customer feedback for continuous improvement.
6. Handling Inbound Enquiries
- Provide personalized information to families regarding admissions processes.
- Schedule school tours and online consultations.

¡Û Education & Qualifications
- Essential: Bachelor¡¯s degree
- Preferred: Experience in admissions, administration, or customer service, preferably in an international school setting
¡Û Experience
- Essential: Minimum 1 year of office administration, marketing, or admissions experience
- Preferred: Experience working in an educational environment
¡Û Skills & Competencies
- Strong customer-focused approach
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Communication skills in both Korean and English (preferred)
- Understanding of educational environments (preferred)
- Growth mindset for continuous learning
- Flexibility to support events outside of regular working hours (e.g. Open Days, Orientation Days)
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
