-Design, implement, and continuously improve a robust, compliant, and scalable accounting and financial reporting system
-Ensure strong internal financial controls and full compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
-Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to support short- and long-term business goals
-Manage daily treasury operations and payment processes with transparent internal reporting
-Supervise payroll and employee compensation operations
-Lead interactions with tax authorities, banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
-Oversee hedging and financial risk mitigation strategies for commercial activities
-Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to company-wide decision-making and strategy development
-Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize internal processes, resource allocation, and cost efficiency
-Participate in business planning, investment analysis, and scenario modeling
-Oversee or support operational matters such as HR policies, organizational structure, and performance management
-Assist in designing and implementing business control systems, internal policies, and compliance frameworks
-Provide strategic insights to the CEO and Board regarding financial performance, risks, and growth opportunities
-Build, lead, and mentor the finance team to ensure excellence and succession planning
-Cultivate a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
-Demonstrate leadership qualities aligned with potential future promotion to Managing Director role
-In addition to financial leadership, the role includes involvement in broader company management, including internal processes, HR oversight, and operational efficiency  paving the way for future executive leadership opportunities

  • -Strong foundation in financial reporting, analysis, treasury, tax, and strategic planning
  • -Bachelor¡¯s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CFA or MBA preferred
  • -Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus depending on regional operations
  • -Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • -Business mindset with ability to think both strategically and execute operationally
  • -Ambition to evolve into a broader executive leadership role in the future
