- -Minimum 5 years of progressive financial experience, including leadership in a growing or international business
- -Strong foundation in financial reporting, analysis, treasury, tax, and strategic planning
- -Bachelor¡¯s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CFA or MBA preferred
- -Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus depending on regional operations
- -Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- -Business mindset with ability to think both strategically and execute operationally
