Analysis of Boutique sales performance to
propose action plan & objectives

Ensure that the Boutiques are fully
merchandised according to the set Assortment
¡¤
Analysis of stock situation in each Boutique
throughout the month to ensure proper supply to the Boutiques.

To identify fast & slow sellers then
recommend appropriate action.

Provide statistical analysis of Sales &
replenishment needs
¡¤
Communicate and work closely with the Boutique
Managers regarding sales activities, training, marketing and promotional
activities

Direct supervision
to ensure smooth boutiques operations and effective manpower planning of
internal boutiques

Consolidate all the monthly reporting
pertaining to each Boutique¡¯s performance

Perform comparative studies on the monthly

Setup reporting vehicles for distribution to
Management & Boutiques

Manage CS cases

visit to boutiques in order to provide feedback and coach the boutiques

Work closely with Boutiques to communicate and

and external parties for event implementation and all collaterals (Target
selection, invitations, gifts, etc)

To provide relevant support upon completion
of event / campaign (quantitative and qualitative feed-back, budget analysis,
