Position Summary)

Achieve, develop and manage the Maison retail network performances. Lease with HQ to implement the Retail standards in the Country 

 

Main Responsibilities)

Sales Development

¡¤           Analysis of Boutique sales performance to propose action plan & objectives

¡¤           Ensure that the Boutiques are fully merchandised according to the set Assortment

¡¤           Analysis of stock situation in each Boutique throughout the month to ensure proper supply to the Boutiques.

¡¤           To identify fast & slow sellers then recommend appropriate action.

¡¤           Provide statistical analysis of Sales & replenishment needs

¡¤           Communicate and work closely with the Boutique Managers regarding sales activities, training, marketing and promotional activities

 

Operations and Reporting

¡¤           Direct supervision to ensure smooth boutiques operations and effective manpower planning of internal boutiques

¡¤           Consolidate all the monthly reporting pertaining to each Boutique¡¯s performance

¡¤           Perform comparative studies on the monthly reports

¡¤           Setup reporting vehicles for distribution to Management & Boutiques

¡¤           Manage CS cases

¡¤           Regular visit to boutiques in order to provide feedback and coach the boutiques

¡¤           Control and minimize operational rick

 

 

CRM

¡¤           Responsible for Reporting on Client and Prospect data quality

¡¤           Lead the Market to achieve CRM KPI such as quality client data capture rate, conversion rate and retention rate, etc.

¡¤           Ensuring data collection and storage¡¯s compliance

¡¤           Provide qualitative analysis on clients¡¯ profile, store pattern in terms of client base and purchasing habits

¡¤           Work closely with Boutiques to communicate and execute CRM strategies, analyse CRM performance and  propose action plan & objectives

¡¤            To support other departments to target the Audience for Retention Events  and coordinate with related internal and external parties for event implementation and all collaterals (Target selection, invitations, gifts, etc)

¡¤            To provide relevant support upon completion of event / campaign (quantitative and qualitative feed-back, budget analysis, etc) to increase the ROI

 

Team management

¡¤           To work within Retail team to set Boutique Manager objectives to be reviewed constantly

¡¤           Manage & coach the managers, train and animate the team

¡¤           Ensure all Boutiques Managers perform coaching to the team according to Btq needs

¡¤           Set objectives to boutique managers and conduct yearly evaluation, KPIs

¡¤           Implement leadership principles and values for leading people and the business to drive the best work culture

¡¤           Ensure talent retention and set actions for staff development

¡¤           Review commission schemes for all retail boutique staff and propose incentive to boost slow movers

 

Implementation of Key Objectives)

 

¡¤           Attain the highest Maison profile

¡¤           Ensure all Boutiques are operating at their maximum level

¡¤           Ensure all Boutiques are maintained at the highest decorative standards

¡¤           Involve and assist with the installation & set-up of new boutiques


Skills

¡¤         Minimum 5-8 years of retail operations experience in a manager level role

¡¤         English proficiency.
