[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] - Develop and implement global Retail Excellence initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive sales performance, expand the market share. - Develop and implement commercial actions plan to grow the business. - Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits. - Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence; Managing and motivating the retail store teams to increase sales and ensure efficiencies. - Actively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of retail performance and client engagement & sales efforts with overall business objectives. - Collaborate with retail training team to enhance the capabilities of boutique teams - Establish a client-centric mindset to offer clients the best experience in store and achieve the CRM objectives and collaborate with CRM team to operate clienteling activities in Boutiques. - Collaborate with retail operations team to ensure every operational source is equipped in Boutique to drive and support business in line with strategy. - Recruit and deploy boutique staff upon analyzing of BTQ KPI in collaboration with Commercial Director & manage store people issues in regards to hiring, retaining, developing, deploying and ER issues coordinating with HR team - Conduct performance appraisals for boutique staff bi-annually and annually. - Utilize market research and competitor analysis to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. - Participate in lease negotiations with retailers and oversee contract management processes. - Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key sales metrics and areas for improvement.
