Retail Operation Support

- Handle customs clearance duties

- Consolidate store orders

- Managing retail system issues

- Place orders in accordance with VM guidelines

- Collect the data of stocks

- Communicate with the Global team regarding retail store operation

- Arrange POP order placement and coordinate store delivery

- Prepare and submit work plans as requested

- Translate internal documents as needed

- Follow up on and consolidate requests from the Global team and local 

third-party

Marketplace Support

- Organize daily, weekly, and monthly sales data

- Track deliveries

- Review and verify design assets

- Manage Kakao sales pages

- Communicate with the production site and IT team
