- Provide first-line support for business application incidents and service requests
- Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements
- Monitor basic system operations and support routine checks
- Communicate with users regarding system status and known issues
- Coordinate data checks and ticket escalation with senior analysts or regional teams
- Support testing and validation during system changes
- Help deliver onboarding and system usage training to users
- Maintain updated documentation and knowledge base (e.g., FAQs, guides)

- Bachelor¡¯s degree in an IT-related field
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or business/system analysis
- Understanding of business workflows and IT systems
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira), MS Office, basic system usage
- Good communication skills in Korean; English proficiency is a plus
- Customer service orientation and team collaboration mindset
- Experience in retail systems (POS, ERP) is a plus
