[Position] Application Engineer for Automotive Traction [Responsibilities] Design and test eval boards and author application notes and datasheets. Evaluate and validate SiC power modules for automotive traction inverters. Work in a well-equipped cutting-edge high-power lab. Work closely with technical marketing to create marketing collateral & attend tradeshows. Interaction with leading automotive OEMs/ Tier1s and onsemi employees globally

Good Understanding of WBG devices (GaN and/or SiC) and trade-offs is a must. Knowledge of control theory, analog, power supply topologies and basic digital electronics SPICE simulators, SIMPLIS/Simetrix & MATLAB °ü·Ã Áö½Ä. ¿µ¾îÈ¸È °¡´ÉÀÚ
[¿ì´ëÁ¶°Ç] Validation of inverters and electric powertrain PC board layout skills, programming using LabView and/or Python is highly desired.
