- Manage the full spectrum of human resources functions locally, including recruitment, training, development, scheduling, and performance evaluations.


- Drive initiatives to optimize sales performance, enhance customer experience, and maintain brand loyalty.


- Monitor store performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to meet and exceed set objectives.
