Role: Presales Consultant (Korea Based)

Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with Delivery Teams for Estimation & Scope, RFP/RFI and Proposal Development

  → Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Scope documentation, Implementation plans or roadmaps (In collaboration with HQ), Technical proposal sections, Effort estimates, Assumptions and exclusions, Response matrix.

·        Develop & Present Solution Architecture, Conduct Demos & POCs (in collaboration with HQ)

  → Solution presentation decks, Demo recordings or live walkthroughs (in collaboration with HQ), Technology stack recommendation, Demo scripts and environments, High-level solution architecture diagrams, Integration design etc..

·        Understand Client Requirements, Act as a Technical Advisor to Sales & Clients

  → Discovery session notes, Technical requirements documentation, Technical advisory inputs, Comparative analysis of solution options, Risk/mitigation assessments

 

Requirements:

·        Education Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

·        5–8 years of experience in technical consulting, presales, solution architecture, or similar roles

·        Strong technical foundation in (cloud platforms, APIs, middleware, ERP/CRM systems etc...)

·        Experience in enterprise integration, system architecture, and software delivery lifecycle

·        Strong proposal writing and documentation skills

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to simplify technical topics for business audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Experience in working with global delivery teams or offshore/onshore models

·        Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS/Azure Architect, TOGAF, Salesforce, SAP, MuleSoft)

·        Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery models

·        Understanding of industry-specific processes in sectors like manufacturing, retail, finance, etc.
