[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] ¤· Retail Sales Development: - Partner with the distributor to develop sales and manage the global performance by door to reach the targets (all channels including dotcom and flagship) - Drive strategic medium/long term commercial plans (including doors opening and closing), brand plans and financial budgets - Provide for each POS accurate reportings on YTD / YTG (vs Ly. and vs Budget) and propose action plans - Inform the distributor about all assortment or merchandising optimizations and globally all immediate action concerning the brand image - Meet regularly the distributor¡¯s Supply Chain team to ensure efficient order placing and stock processing to reach optimum inventory at stores - Assist the distributor on a perfect execution for each marketing activities (popups, PR, ¡¦) - Communicate competition¡¯s marketing activity to management - Understand how the customer database is built per store and work to grow it with quantitative and qualitative KPIs - Focus with the distributor on the diffusion of a true ¡°customer culture¡± in liaison with the brand HQ (speech, storytelling, etc)
¤· Supervision of Sales Force: - Teach, train and challenge the distributor to ensure that BCs follow the Brand guidelines (grooming, merchandising, speech) - As a leader, motivate BCs to have team spirit and be goal driven - Mostly on the field, conduct regular counter visits and ensure the development of employees through regular coaching and appraisal - Cooperate with training team to ensure employees attend the mandatory training courses: propose development plan to increase knowledge and skills - Ensure recruiting the best-qualified employees - Recommend employees allocation to stores - Aligned with the distributor, plan & control expenses budget
¤· Brand/Image & Merchandising Execution: - Enhance Brand Image through visual, merchandising, BC grooming and POS activities - Enforce strict and regular control of POS merchandising, decoration and operating conditions up to Brand standards and following central guidelines
¤· Promotion/Animation/ Performance Management : - Working closely with the distributor, supervise and control the execution of the promotional activities formulated by the HQ - In connection with merch HQ team, work permanently on the best display products and visuals - Respect scrupulously all HQ guidelines in case of store events - Supply feedback report for each promotion event.
¤· Soft skills: COMFORTABLE WITH CO-MANAGEMENT SKILLS: be firm and diplomatic ¤· Leadership qualities: - Take responsibility within the team - Foster team unity and strengthen cohesion - Communicate clearly, transparently, and eloquently - Synthesize information effectively
